  2. Company event’s organizers often search for sites which can help them in effective corporate meeting management. Gathering many people on a single date at a particular venue can be difficult. If attendees can confirm participation online on a site, this will be a smooth process. Organizers will be able to see at a glance who is attending and who has not confirmed yet.
